Calling all Uplands Grade 1 – 7 pupils and parents! You are invited to join the Uplands
Preparatory Culture Department in creating your version of a Terrific Tableau.

Terrific Tableau competition rules

1. To enter you will be required to sign into your Google account to upload your pictures
   (you will have to upload your pictures to your account).
2. ONLY ONE entry per person/group of students/family – only one person from a family or group must complete this form for the entire group or family.
3. Entries close on the 7th September 2020 at 16:30.
4. Each entry is ONLY eligible for the lucky draw IF the form and picture submissions are
   submitted correctly, and before or on the due date.
5. The lucky draw will be held during assembly on Tuesday the 14th September at 08:30.
6. Two lucky draw entries will each receive R250 (per tableau submitted, not per member
   of a group/family)
7. Note: Tableau entries MAY be used on social media platforms used by Uplands School.
