Andile is a product of Uplands Outreach’s Learners 4 Excellence (L4E) programme, where her talent for writing and storytelling quickly stood out. After starting her journey with us as an intern, Andile has grown into the role of Communications Administrator, bringing creativity, clarity, and authenticity to our internal and external messaging. From website content and newsletters to official correspondence, her work reflects both professionalism and heart. Pursuing studies in Digital Marketing, she continues to expand her skill set while contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our communications efforts.
