Welcome to the
As a third-generation parent at Uplands, I am very proud of the strides the school has made and look forward to assisting in whatever way possible.
UPPA is an important link between Uplands and the wider community. We have been integral to the setup of the new Uplands Foundation and we look forward to helping the school achieve its 2028 Strategic goals. We welcome all past pupils to reconnect through this platform.
We seek to serve and to engage Old Uplanders (OUs), current and former parents and anybody with a connection to Uplands.

Our association exists to strengthen our community and to bring people together in support and understanding of the School’s present activities, and its strategic goals for the future. It works to acquire support, including financial support, for the School’s capital development needs as well as raising funds for Bursaries and Scholarships. We also exist to support our Old Uplanders (OUs) as they explore their own futures after leaving Uplands.
We, therefore, encourage alumni to keep in touch. As an OU you are welcome throughout the year, throughout your life.
The School supports our alumni through both its OU Office and the Uplands Past Pupils Association (UPPA).

Giving to UPPA
Your donation makes a real impact for current and future pupils of the school. We are committed to making continual improvements to academic and pastoral facilities, to the provision for sport, music and the creative arts, to benefitting our wider community, and, through bursaries, widening access to Uplands, to provide all with an education of excellence. Along with effective planning of fee income, we rely on the generous tradition of giving to achieve major developments. We invite you to contribute to the shaping of future generations. In giving we also find our own meaning; the act of helping others does so much to develop our own sense of community and purpose.
A legacy bequest to Uplands is one of the most worthwhile and significant gifts you can make. All bequests, of whatever type and size, will make a difference in the lives of young people for generations to come.

VISION
Our vision is of a School that is well-resourced and held in high esteem by alumni, parents and the wider world; where all of its constituents are offered a range of engaging social, cultural and sporting activities and see Uplands as a worthy recipient of their charitable support.
MISSION
Our mission is to serve our OUs, to build a long-lasting connection with and affinity for Uplands, and to successfully make the case for financial support where appropriate, embedding a culture of philanthropy amongst all Old Uplanders
