A product of one of Uplands Outreach’s programmes, Learners 4 Excellence (L4E), Bongekile brings her dedication and expertise to supporting Early Learning centres through observations, guidance, and practitioner development. She also contributes to key programmes like the SMILE programme and supports the organisation behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Passionate about early childhood development, she finds joy in seeing positive growth in children, practitioners, and centres and is committed to promoting quality learning and long-term impact in the field. She has two boys, Junior and Luvuyo.
