Zippy Zebras is our Grade 000 class, designed for children who are becoming more confident, curious, and capable – while still very much needing guidance, reassurance, and care.

At this stage, children begin to want independence. They are eager to try things for themselves, make choices, and explore their environment, yet they still need trusted adults close by. In Zippy Zebras, we carefully balance growing independence with emotional security, ensuring children feel safe as they learn and grow.

What Matters Most at This Stage

This is a time of rapid brain and body development. Before children are ready for more formal learning, they need strong sensory, emotional, and physical foundations in place.

In Zippy Zebras, our focus is on:

Zippy Zebras enjoy welcoming indoor spaces and a dedicated, age-appropriate outdoor playground designed specifically for their developmental stage.

Children have daily opportunities to play, move, and explore both indoors and outdoors. Despite being part of a larger school campus, the Zippy Zebras environment remains calm, familiar, and informal — a true home away from home where children feel comfortable and secure.
