On Friday 17th March, Uplands College hosted the annual Matric Dance.
“Starry Starry Night” was the theme for this glamorous occasion. The event started with arrivals outside the Uplands College Hall. The pupils were all stylishly dressed and really took our breath away with their stunning flowing dresses and impeccably tailored suits. After the Matric arrivals, the Grade 12s moved to the Uplands College soccer field where a beautiful glass marquee with sparkling fairy lights was constructed especially for this night. This was a wonderful evening celebrating our stars, the Class of 2023. A massive thank-you goes to Mr Andrew Bullen and his wonderful team from Doug’s Hiring for donating the décor equipment and the glass marquee. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making this evening truly unforgettable.
