Thank you to those who made the effort to attend their Reunions, which were as special to us as they were to you. There was a joyful atmosphere to the evening! Darius Gallier (Class of 2006) blew us away with the incredible food platters, and we wish him continued success in his catering business.
Sean Carlisle, the 1999 History teacher and the current Executive Director of Uplands, warmly welcomed all Reunion groups. Bernadette Vieira (Class of 1999 and the Champion) did a heart-felt speech on her experience at Uplands, as a past pupil (and Head Girl) as well as being a current parent.
Lisa Slabbert (Class of 2003) represented our Association, UPPA, speaking on past and current projects. Our most recent project is undertaking the planning and renovations to the College Sports Centre.
Sharon van Reenen spoke on her many delightful memories, which added to the laughter and the joyous occasion.
