On Friday 11th October, Uplands College hosted its annual Valediction Service in the school hall.
The event was a special service, led by our new chaplain, Mr Matthew Jennings, who spoke on the value of setting the example. The ceremony gave an opportunity for the Head School Mentors to pay tribute to their classmates and teachers, and Mr Allan Laing led a symbolic procession with the four head boarding mentors. The Matrics left the ceremony to the applause of parents and peers before ringing the school bell for the final time.
